Customer ServiceAll of our customers have different needs so each project is bespoke to you. We can help, for example, by advising on selecting the right size venue for a live recording, what amplification will be required when hiring our P.A., can advise a selection of tunes for your demo disc. A sound engineer will be on hand when hiring our P.A.
Our CommitmentWe want to help and make your experience with us a pleasant one, which can include meetings with you, a demonstration of our studio, examples of work or a detailed breakdown.
We will help when you make an enquiry but if you are solo/duo/trio, here are some things to think about:-

Currently we have two professionals employed, both of whom are working musicians, who have technical skill, musicianship and reliability. We will work with you throughout, making sure that the sound created is what YOU are after. Once recording has finished, and at a later date, you will be presented with a CD to listen and make comments on the mix etc. if any at all. When you are happy with the results you will be given a final CD with on body printing if you wish.
How is Stocks Studios different?Being performers ourselves, we understand all aspects of live performance and entertainment. We know what sounds good - and what doesn't! We offer true value for money, real peace of mind and reliability.
How do we make a booking?Contact us via the CONTACT page with your details and we will respond back to you. After discussion, and when you are ready to make a booking, we will send an email or letter for confirmation. This will state the details of your booking and the agreed fee. If making a block booking of 16 hours or over we ask that you pay a booking deposit of 20%. Any payment requested from you will be supported by a Sales Receipt.
What if I want to cancel my booking?Unfortunately, we cannot return booking deposits but we can re-schedule for another time that suits you better. How much will it cost?
Each project we take on on will be bespoke to you so prices will vary. When we have all of your ideas down and what requirements you need a price will be given which you will find very competitive.
Should I be worried about anything?No need. On the day we will help you relax and lose your inhibitions. Refreshments are available also. You can bring someone along with you for support – infact we insist you bring a parent or guardian if under 16 years of age. At anytime, you may contact us about any concerns you may have. We will be pleased to help.
